This large 3 bedroom plus
den, custom built Yacht club villa is only 3 minutes to
river and has sailboat access! This beautiful and very
private home was built for convenience and elegance and
is loaded with many upgrades. As soon as you pull into
the circular drive with pond and waterfall you will know
that you made the right choice for a vacation rental.
There is a huge 60ft screened lanai with plenty of room
for sunbathing. The beautiful heated (solar & electric)
pool & spa has a western rear exposure perfect for
watching the sunset. There are electric awnings and the
dock has a 55ft captains walk with 50 amp electric.
Inside extras include a dream kitchen with granite
counters, and a large breakfast bar. There is a king
size bed in the master bedroom and the two guest rooms
have queen size beds.
Each bedroom has a flat
screen TV. The den has a desk with a computer, printer
and wireless internet. This has over 2200 square feet,
so there is plenty of room for your family.
